I’m talking about anxiety, which is probably why you’re here.

I’ve always loved art for its healing and expressive powers.
Art has helped me appreciate so many aspects of myself and taught me the meaning of perseverance.

Some of my education and experience…
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, New York license #090606-01), working with adults at various points in their lives and integrating art whenever possible.
My undergraduate and graduate training is in clinical art therapy, and I’ve been a clinical supervisor for pre-licensure and licensed mental health professionals.
